Prepares statements, invoices, vouchers, reports, analyses and other accounting records. Posts ledger and journal entries and/or balances accounts. Analyzes accounting documents for accuracy, traces and investigates transactions to resolve questionable data and takes corrective action when necessary. Monitors and reconciles a variety of accounts. May be responsible for a specific accounting function such as accounts receivable or accounts payable. May perform related clerical work such as typing, filing, record keeping and/or mail distribution. Actively learns, demonstrates and fosters the corporate culture in all actions and words. Takes personal initiative and is a positive example for others to emulate.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedules and runs system processes including validating results and payment issuance.
Track and adjust scheduled jobs as required.
Process invoices, vouchers, reports, analyses and other accounting records.
Prepare and post ledger and journal entries and/or balance accounts.
Analyzes accounting documents for accuracy and adherence to bank expenditure policies.
Traces and investigates semi-routine transactions and queries to resolve questionable data and recommends corrective action when necessary.
Monitors and reconciles a variety of accounts.
Performs general tasks and completes semi-routine assignments as directed, receives assistance in the completion of more complex assignments. Moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities -- knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required in resolving problems and making routine recommendations. Normally receives no instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments. Requires accounting experience, reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills; knowledge of accounting principles, policies, practices and systems. Ability to use office software (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and equipment. Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent.
