Job Description:

Suggests appropriate products and services to existing and prospective customers and cross-sell other bank services such as Elan Visa Cards.

Provides customer service to customers calling the bank. Resolves customer problems such as ATM/Debit Card issues, NSF and overdrafts.
Performs a variety of transactions on the customer’s behalf such as fund transfers, stop payments, fund verification, address changes, etc.
Provides customer service support via email and online secure messaging systems.

Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments.
Requires administrative/clerical experience, reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills, and knowledge of administrative/clerical procedures, practices and policies. Ability to use office software (i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and equipment.
Learns processes and procedures for a variety of bank operation functions through on the job cross-training activities and formalized training classes.

Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent.

Ability to demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and apply to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Must be able to keep up to date on regulation changes. Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required, annual required, or job-specific training.

Job Description:

This position may be located in the Tacoma/Seattle area.  It will support all of our locations in the Seattle area.


Provides hardware and software support for LAN users. Performs LAN/hard disk back-ups and assists end users with questions and problems.

Installs and maintains software and peripherals, performs configuration of hardware and troubleshoots hardware problems. May provide individual based training.
